We have been driving bmw cars for a couple of years now and conlans bmw dealership has been the place to go for service and jimmy the head of service has always welcomed us with open arms , and on top of that the ladies and gentlemen in the service department do a fantastic job. No time wasting and the place is very clean and organized. Now we have recently purchased a new car and from the day we ordered, Paul Nolan and Paula have helped us in making the right choices and decisions, the product knowledge is superb and no questions went unanswered, we received our car in good time and we will always go back for service or buying another car , it’s like going in a well organized family and they all work well together. Brought my wife’s Mini Cooper to Conlans BMW Newbridge for service and I have to say that the process, from the call to make the booking through to arriving on the day, was professional and everything that you would expect. The Service Receptionist was knowledgeable and very helpful, the process went without a hitch, and she not only took care of some specific issues but also had a place for me to work whilst I waited for the car. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service provided and the great value for genuine parts.

This was my first time in with Conlans BMW Naas and I was really happy with the service, all done on time and on schedule. I received a video showing some of the work done on the car and with some useful observations, I got a courtesy car. All the work was done that I asked. Thanks to Jose and Alison for all the help.

My experience was absolutely disgraceful
and disappointing!
I can not recommend this Landrover dealership at all!!

The truth is they are not to be trusted and this has to be exposed!!! I will be demanding a full investigation. Both Paul and Ray have made this a disgusting experience with this dealership from whom I have purchased land rovers in the past!! Loyal customers means nothing here!! I have also  purchased new vehicles from numerous other Landrover dealerships and NEVER experienced the disgusting attitude displayed at this garage.
I strongly advise not to buy from this dealership!! I will attach photos snd chassis number of car I ordered over a year ago which was sold on without consulting me and then I was refused deposit return but told I could order a new defender and put my deposit against it!!!
