had some repair work done here recently and couldn’t be happier with the service. They were efficient, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about what they were doing. Everything was explained clearly which is great because i didn't have a notion about injectors until it was broken down for me. It’s nice to find a garage you can trust I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone else.

Amazing service from these guys. We were let down by another dealer, and when we called Loraine, I couldn't believe how helpful she was. They did software updates for us on the car, which another dealer was making excuses for 6 months.
Today, we brought our car for service again. It was an amazing service, and everyone here is so helpful. We even got a video of the car check, which was amazing.

I had a disappointing experience with Quinn Motors recently. Last month, I called to get a price for a car body part and was advised to visit their shop in person, which I didn’t mind. I drove from Carlow as suggested, only to be told that the person responsible for pricing wasn’t available. I was assured the quote would be emailed to me, but I never received it.

Since then, I’ve followed up 3–4 times, but each time I’ve only received excuses rather than a clear answer. Unfortunately, this has resulted in a lot of wasted time, fuel, and effort.

Overall, I found the process misleading and unhelpful. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Quinn Motors.
