Bought a Volvo car about 2 years ago. Our agreement is, he will install apple CarPlay in the car and he charged me extra for apple CarPlay on top of the total price of the car. I fully paid the car before i picked it up, on the day i will collect the car I found out that he couldn’t install the apple carplay because they need another modem that will suit for the Volvo cars. Damien promised that he will look after it and I was told to come back.

Since I fully paid the car I’ve never heard anything from any one of them about fixing the apple CarPlay after I left their garage. Another thing is that the car needs wheel alignment which they didn’t do. Even though they advertised that the car is in pristine condition and fully serviced. So, all in all it is not good service and their after sales service is so BAD!. Once they have your money, they don’t care anymore about your concerns.
