I recently made a second purchase of a car from Windsor Liffey Valley Opel. I’m absolutely delighted with it.  The car I chose was parked in the exact same space as my last one, so it must have been destiny!!! My previous experience with Windsor for the last car was all good and this time around was the same.

I had an excellent experience with Jack during my visits and test drive.  Overall, the service he provided was very informative, professional, genuine, reassuring, and there were no pushy sales pitches…. which I really appreciated.  As I was changing size of car I was juggling a lot of decisions.  Jack really tried to understand what was important to me and helped in making the right decision for me.  He was also prompt in responding to all my queries.

I would definitely recommend Windsor Liffey Valley, for their excellent customer service, including the after sales service, and not forgetting the extra gift of a going home present! 😉

I rang Windsor this morning and spoke with Jack. I explained that I was trying to find out if it is possible to use HVO fuel in an Opel Combo Komfort van as I am interested in buying one. In trying to explain why I was asking he said, a little sarcastically, I thought, ‘’because you want to use HVO’.

I explained that, yes, that was why, but also that because I am being given different answers by people I thought to ring head office. Jack explained they were not head office, which was my error, and he gave me their number, which was helpful. He checked and added that their chief engineer said it was never to be used, that only diesel should be used, and they could not stand over it if HVO was used. Again, this was helpful. However, I then rang Opel head office who said that once it has XTL written inside the petrol cap then it is safe to use HVO in an Opel Combo Komfort van.
