Description: A body thrown into full arch, face lifted toward a golden ring that hovers behind her head like a halo half-drawn, not quite earned or not quite finished. Her gown fractures into stained-glass shards of gold and cream as her hair streams out behind her in warm amber and rust. Ecstasy or collapse — the painting won't say which, and that ring only deepens the question: is this reverence, or is this someone trying to convince themselves they're still sacred while everything else falls apart around them?
