Beautiful pair of vintage handmade Irish studio pottery lidded pots by Belinda Brayshaw, featuring detailed shell, fish, and starfish designs in rich cobalt blue, green, and sandy tones. Made in County Wicklow over 25 years ago, these pieces are individually hand-thrown and hand-finished using a carved sgraffito technique. Because they are entirely handmade, they are not perfectly identical — one pot is slightly taller than the other, which adds to their character and authentic studio pottery feel. They feature a glossy glazed finish with twisted loop lids and sculpted side handles. Stunning decorative pieces for a coastal, Mediterranean, or eclectic interior. Both pots are signed on the base by the artist. Belinda Brayshaw is highly regarded for her colourful handmade studio pottery inspired by rural and marine themes. Condition: Very good vintage condition overall. No cracks, chips, or damage at all. The glaze remains beautifully glossy, with only light wear/marking to the bases consistent with age and display.
