A glass hyacinth vase (Pärla Hyacintvase) manufactured by the Swedish glassworks SEA Glasbruk and designed by Maria Petterson. Its distinctive bulbous shape—featuring a constricted neck and a wide rim at the top—facilitates the forcing of hyacinth bulbs in water, though the piece can also serve as a traditional vase or a candle holder.
