Bennington Horse Carriage

Renowned the World over for excellence in driving for competitions or pleasure driving a Bennington Horse Carriage in excellent condition, sprung aluminium shafts which are covered in a thick plastic resin coating for easy cleaning and prevent tarnishing. The wheels are aluminium wheels covered in the same material as the shafts and are fitted with solid rubber tyres, The carriage will suit a 14.hh - 16.1hh horse and has not been used or abused whatsoever. It has independent suspension on each wheel and the trap can be balanced front and rear to suit the people that it is carrying. Soft ride suspension. Also included in the sale is a driving harness to suit a 14.2/3 pony and can be adjusted to fit a 15.3hh horse which I had. The harness is not full English leather but is certainly suitable for everyday pleasure driving. There is a compartment under the cushioned seat into which you can put your meal, drink and bits and pieces in.
