Tie down, but could be easily converted to quick hitch. Adjustable length and width of shafts and adjustable seat. Lowest position for shafts approx 66 cm. Seat width - 78cm Cart width - 110cm Excellent condition, recently stripped and painted bottle green. Baskets is not included.
