Intro into Equine Acupressure & Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Venue: Slieve Aughty Centre, Loughrea, Co. Experience a different way to view your horse’s body, identify problem areas, restore balance and improve the connection with your horse. Rooted in thousands of years of Chinese medical wisdom, this weekend introduces horse owners, riders and other equine professionals to the practical art of equine acupressure and TCM principles. No prior knowledge is required - only a genuine curiosity and a willingness to slow down and listen. ☯︎ TCM Foundation Qi, Yin & Yang, 5 Elements, and how they manifest in the horse’s body, temperament and health ☯︎ Meridians and Key Acupoints Hands-on practice to locate meridians and acupoints and address common equine conditions ☯︎ Assessment & Observation How to identify and notice imbalances and dysfunctional patterns ☯︎ Hands-on Horse Work Practical sessions with horses and development of simple home-care acupressure routines Suitable for: Horse owners, riders, grooms, bodyworkers & other equine professionals.
