🍯 RAW IVY HONEY — 100% TYRRELLSPASS A small batch of this year’s Ivy Honey is now available. Ivy honey is very different from summer honey. It has a strong, distinctive flavour and naturally sets extremely quickly — sometimes almost as soon as it is extracted. Because of this, we’ve packed ours in wide 600g tubs, more like a butter dish than a traditional honey jar. It makes the naturally firm honey much easier to spoon or spread. Nothing has been added and nothing has been heated. Our bees are never fed sugar syrup or fondant at any time of the year. Only what the bees collect themselves is extracted and sold.
