Dairy Farm Worker wanted. We are seeking a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic individual to fill a vacancy as a dairy farm worker. This role will include working along side an experienced and ambitious team to manage a 300 cow dairy herd. Key Responsibilities include - Milking and maintaining a hygienic milking environment - Monitoring animal health and welfare - Grassland management including grass measuring and daily allocations to herd - Livestock handling and movements - Assisting with calving and calf rearing - Assisting with heat detection and breeding - Other general farm work including machinery operations Farm has good facilities with modern sheds, milking parlour, handling facilities and infrastructure.
