Dairy Farm Worker wanted. We are seeking a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic individual to fill a vacancy as a dairy farm worker. This role will include working along side an experienced and ambitious team to manage a 300 cow dairy herd. Key Responsibilities include - Milking and maintaining a hygienic milking environment - Monitoring animal health and welfare - Grassland management including grass measuring and daily allocations to herd - Livestock handling and movements - Assisting with calving and calf rearing - Assisting with heat detection and breeding - Other general farm work including machinery operations Farm has good facilities with modern sheds, milking parlour, handling facilities and infrastructure. All arrangement can be considered with part time, full time and flexible rota options possible. Accommodation will be provided if needed.
