Seeking Share-Milking or Partnership Opportunity – Cork We are two young, trained farmers seeking to progress our careers through a share-milking or partnership arrangement. • One is currently second-in-command on a progressive dairy farm • The other is employed full-time with a contractor and beef farm Our combined skills and experience include: • Working in dairy herds from 40 to 500+ cows • Calving, AI, herd health and general animal husbandry • Grassland management, slurry, fertiliser and feeding systems • Rearing our own calf-to-beef stock We will bring small herd of dairy heifer calves and some machinery into the agreement We are dedicated, hardworking and committed to long-term success.
