Our Seppi Crusher/Mulcher is capable of crushing a vast array of materials from granite and rock to concrete blocks and builders rubble! The existing material in the track is crushed to produce a uniform material with fines throughout, ideal for producing a tightly bound surface. The material is then graded to form a camber on the road to allow water to run off to ensure the longevity of the surface. The final step is to compact the roadway with vibrating rollers for maximum compaction! A quick, cost-effective solution! Cement stabilisation! In addition to the process above, we also carry out Cement Stabilisation of yards, lanes, roads, and tracks. This process involves the addition of large quantities of bulk cement powder and other binders into the crushed material to produce a significantly more hard wearing roadway capable of carrying heavy traffic and HGVs.
