The feeding channel is made from a 10ft heavy-duty drainage pipe, cut lengthways to create a deep, smooth trough that’s safe for sheep, calves, or young stock. The trough is mounted on a robust timber frame, using 7x2 legs for stability and a 2x1 support running the full length underneath. All timber has been sealed with gutter sealant at joints and finished with all-weather paint, ensuring protection from moisture and long-term durability.
