The “MasterMac” Hurley Repair Clamp. We have been approached several times over the years and encouraged to design and manufacture a clamp specifically to assist with Hurley Repair. The time has finally arrived. We now add to our list of MasterMac products: “THE MASTEREMAC HURLEY REPAIR CLAMP” . Post gluing a broken hurley, most clamps are attached from one side of the hurley and tensioned. Depending on the actual type of break the hurley bas can sometimes bend off square which is not ideal. • With the MasterMac clamp the tensioning pressure is directly downward on the hurley and as such the hurley cannot pull off square. • The MasterMac clamp is “U” shaped to accommodate all sizes of hurleys including the larger bas goalkeeper hurley. • The clamp is fitted with a swivel block with “V” design to sit perfectly against the inner side of the bas while tensioning. It is guaranteed not to slip. • This “V” block can swivel to adopt the shape of the hurley while tensioning. • The tensioning handle is “L” shaped which gives the user maximum flexibility when tensioning. • The “MasterMac Hurley Repair Clamp” is strong and sturdy yet lightweight and easy to use.
