I recently purchased my Hyundai Inster from Adam’s of Tralee, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, the whole process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. Everything was explained clearly, from the car’s features and specifications to ordering my preferred colour and the after-sales services available.

A huge thank you to Noel, who looked after me from start to finish. He was absolutely fantastic friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure I was happy with every part of the purchase. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made collecting my new car such an exciting experience.

The level of customer service at Adam’s of Tralee is outstanding, and it’s clear they really value their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car or use their servicing department. Thank you again to Noel and the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I’m absolutely delighted with my new Hyundai Inster!

Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I appreciated the video inspection of my car, the clear explanation of any additional work required, and the upfront communication on costs before proceeding. Amy was particularly helpful, providing regular updates and excellent customer service. As a bonus, the car was washed before collection. A seamless experience all round. I will definitely return for my next service and would highly recommend Adam's Garage Tralee. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just bought a hyundai kona electric. my first electric car. From Adam's of tralee. A fantastic experience dealing with Marcus and Donie from Adam's. I would highly recommend them, everything was explained in simple terms and told to come back if I wasn't sure about any of the settings in the car, and they would explain further, AND ITS A FANTASTIC CAR.

Thank you to Liam & all team for looking after me. Collected my new car yesterday. Delighted with hybrid kona in my favourite colour.

I bought my car from Adams 1 year ago, and I went in recently with a DPF issue in the car. They first thought it was faulty glowplugs which they replaced, but the issue was still there. The date of the warrenty was slightly gone past by a month or so, but they still honoured replacment of the DPF which I was grateful for. The reception staff were lovely to deal with it. I didnt give 5 stars as i was left without a car for 10 days prior to the glowplugs getting fitted which i was a bit disappointed about. I still rate them as a garage and would purchase again from them in future.

Adams of Tralee

Situated on a 5 acre site on the Tralee Road, new state-of-the-art premises house the newly acquired BMW brand, Opel, Opel Commercials and Mitsubishi Commercials.

Was here for a CVRT test on a van. Was really impressed with the way the lady on the reception desk went above and beyond to not only facilitate me when I arrived too early ( my mistake), but also the elderly gentleman who booked an NCT in error when his jeep was actually meant to have a DOE test. She went as far as to make sure he had a cup of tea and something to eat after being there for hours. That kind of compassion and kindness is rare these days. All I can say is well done. The world needs more people like this.

Great staff, amazing value and even better after customer service

After weeks of delays in another place and ultimately breaking down again, I decided to try Aherns. They investigated the issue the next working day and called me with a few options on how to rectify the matter.
The car was sorted the following day.
I found their quick turnaround of the job and communication excellent.

Used to get my 7 series serviced here but never again. Have never experienced the level of ignorant obnoxious arrogance anywhere that I experienced repeatedly with 1 person in particular in their BMW customer service department last summer.

Even when I tried to deal with others there on other maintenence or repair issues afterwards to avoid him because of his attitude I kept getting handed back to this person.

I'd rather the steering wheel come off in my hands or travel the 2hrs to Cork from Tralee to a main dealer than ever again return.

As an example: "Go ask John because he was dealing with it, not us". I.e., get lost and don't be annoying me over the thing we promised to phone you back on 3 times (while John no longer even worked in the BMW section as I was ordered off to find him in BYD and "ask him yourself").

My 530e brakes got spongy following brakes fluid change in aherns .went back to them they did diagnostic leak nothing found had to go that day ,went back again took whole day as they said bled multiple times and diagnostic tests couldn't found anything. In the end came up with the master cylinder change recommendation of which they still unsure would it fix problem

I had a great experience dealing with Dean Lenihan at Audi Approved. Unfortunately, my finance application wasn't successful, but Dean did everything he could to try and help me get the right car. He was professional, friendly, honest, and kept me informed throughout the process. Even though it didn't work out this time, I really appreciate all the time and effort he put in. Excellent customer service, thank you so much hopefully next time it’s successful 🙏🙌

I had a great experience at the Audi showroom. Rian was extremely friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. Even though there were several issues and challenges, he handled everything calmly and efficiently without ever showing frustration. He made sure every concern was resolved in a timely and courteous manner. His dedication, patience, and excellent customer service made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his help and would highly recommend Rian and the Audi showroom. Thank you for the outstanding service.

Just bought a car with Chloe as my sales woman. Initially an Audi wasn’t what I was planning on but because of the way I was treated by her and the professionalism in the dealership it made it a no brainer.
We visited lots of different dealerships in Tralee and this was by far the best and most welcoming experience we had.
From that initial visit I knew I would be buying off Chloe and she helped me choose the perfect car.
She was in contact with me constantly answering my questionings and updating me on the progress of the car and when I came to collect it, it looked like a brand new car it was perfect inside and out.
I will definitely be sticking with Audi Kerry for myself and my family's vehicles indefinitely.

I purchased a car from Audi Kerry in July 2025, choosing an official Audi dealer because I expected a high standard of quality and customer service. Overall, my experience with the car purchase was good. However, the after-sales support was quite slow in resolving a very simple issue, which ultimately took months to sort out.

My advice would be to make sure everything is fully checked and any issues are resolved before taking the car away, as getting things sorted afterwards can take considerably longer than expected.

Disappointed with the treatment. I spoke to one of the salesmen about a car Monday and arranged to come in to view it Thursday. So I put down a booking deposit of €500 to hold it. We had a 1.5 hour journey ahead and arranged a childminder and set out Thursday morning. On the way down we got a call saying the kms advertised (98,000km) is incorrect and that it is actually 98,000 miles (158,000km). So we asked for a price reduction. They dropped price by only €1,000. We asked that the price needs to drop a lot more for a 60,000km increase in line with the market.
They said they would call back, no call followed after 1.5 hours, so we then called ourselves and were told it is still with the manager to come back to us on a lower price. So we had to turn around as we could not wait any longer. Got a text later that evening, still no update on the price. Next day I got no phone call whatsover for a price update or refund. I just rang up for my deposit back instead as I was disappointed with how we were valued

Saw a car for sale on Donedeal through Autopoint and am pleased I contacted to arrange a viewing. I had great service from start to finish. John didnt try and hard sell but offered honest advice, gave me a very fair trade in price for my own car and was very happy to spend time answering all my questions regarding finance. When I collected the car it was fully serviced and well presented, with an added box of chocolates inside! Thanks John and team, I would happily recommend this company

I recently purchased a car from Autopoint Motor Group and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

I had a really great experience overall. From the moment I arrived, everything felt well-organized and welcoming. The quality exceeded my expectations, and it was clear that a lot of attention had been given to the details.

There’s definitely a strong sense of professionalism combined with a personal touch, which made a big difference. It’s not always easy to find that balance, but it was done really well here at autopoint A big thank you to John for the thoughtful gift and for always keeping us updated throughout. Excellent service from start to finish.❤️

Purchased a BMW 520D from Autopoint last week. Extremely happy with the car. Great service and communication with Bryan though out. Delivered and collected my trade in promptly. Would buy again. 5 star service.

Bought a car recently from here, great experience overall and a great selection of cars.

John was great to deal with, very helpful and easygoing. Showed me a few cars based on what I wanted without trying to sell me something different. Was happy to hold the car for me without demanding a deposit or rushing my decision.

Would definitely recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this car dealership from start to finish! The entire team was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to helping me find the perfect vehicle without any pressure or sales tactics.
From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed and treated with respect. The sales team was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. They really listened to what I wanted and helped me find a car that fit both my needs and my budget perfectly.

I am very happy with my Ford Kuga. From start to finish, I've had positive experience at BG motors. I highly recommend John and his team. Very professional, friendly, not pushy in any way, and excellent aftercare. I certainly go back to BG motors before any other car sales.

The service at BG Motors was phenomenal, they were very accommodating especially when it came to last minute requests, I can’t thank the team enough

No hesitation in recommending BYD Kerry. Seamus has provided a great service from the first test drive to follow up queries after the keys were handed over. Very happy with the car.

Our BYD is wonderful, so nice to drive, sporty finish and a high spec as standard. Went went fully electric and haven’t looked back. It’s a game changer. It was a pleasure to deal with Barry in Aherns. He guided us through the process easily and kept us updated along the way. I would strongly recommend Aherns and to liaise with Barry and the BYD brand is second to none.

Delighted to be the owner of a new BYD Sealion 7. Barry in BYD Kerry couldn’t have been more helpful as well as patient with all my questions when I first was interested in switching to an EV, I found the service to be fantastic, taking the time to go through all the features of the car, talking me through charging and other changes compared to an ICE vehicle. Delighted with my purchase and would highly recommend the guys in BYD Kerry every day of the week 👌🏻

I recently purchased a BYD Seal U from Aherns Garage in Castleisland, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. They took the time to explain every detail of the car, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The BYD Seal U itself is fantastic—stylish, comfortable, and packed with great technology—but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The team at Aherns Garage went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about buying a new car.
