Loved buying a car from Ashford motors. The team were excellent. Nadia and Eoin welcoming and professional and very knowledgable about the vehicle we wanted. We turned up later than arranged (we travelled from Kerry) but still got a perfect overview of the car during the test drive with Sasha.
Bravo all round. Happy with our car and we think we got a very good deal.
Will definitely do business with Ashford motors again

I recently had a wonderful experience purchasing a car from Ashford Motors. From the moment I drove into the dealership, I was made to feel welcome and valued. The entire process was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable.

A special thank you to Matt, Sasha, Eoin, and of course Nadia, who all went above and beyond to make the experience so positive. Their friendliness, knowledge, and willingness to help made a real difference and gave me complete confidence throughout the purchase.

Excellent customer service can be hard to find, but the team at Ashford Motors truly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable car-buying experience. Thank you all again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish

I've dealt with Ashford Motors on a number of occasions now and can honestly say the service has been excellent every time.

My first purchase was through Sasha, who was professional, helpful and very easy to deal with. I also dealt with Nadia on the sale of our own car, and she made the whole process straightforward and stress-free.

What really stands out is how welcoming everyone is. You're never made feel rushed, and they always seem to have plenty of time for their customers. They're happy to sit down, talk things through, listen properly and give genuine advice without any pressure.

In an industry where good customer service can be hard to find, Ashford Motors really do set a high standard. Friendly, honest and professional people who clearly care about their customers.

A special thanks to Sasha and Nadia for all their help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ashford Motors to anyone looking to buy or sell a car.

5 stars well deserved.

From that moment I saw Nadia online I knew there was no one else I wanted to do business with when it came to selling my car and buying a new one, and my expectations were not only met but blown out of the water completely. The whole team at Ashford Motors are true professionals, all with a passion for sexy cars, and the personalities to sell them with flair and professional enthusiasm. Ashford Motors / Nadia have a client for life with me. There is no one better in my opinion and from my direct personal experience. Thanks guys. Keep up the great work.

I bought my BMW 520d M Sport from Ashford Motors.
They didn't initially have the car i was looking for, but Nadia and the team went above and beyond to source exactly what I wanted. They handled all the hard work and made the whole process easy and stress free. My experience couldn't have been better, and their personal and friendly service leaves you feeling valued as a customer. If you're looking for a customer focussed service, i highly recommend Ashford Motors. Thanks again to Nadia and the team.

Well what can I say. These guys are absolute gents. Took the time to chat with me over WhatsApp about an issue I was having and gave me great advice and I managed to completely sort my issue. A sign of a great business is helping out a non customer without asking for anything in return. All over WhatsApp. Will defo use these guys for any work I need done in the future. Highly recommend.. thanks again lads it’s greatly appreciated

Autobits were able to squeeze my Octavia vRS in when Skoda couldn’t. The lads gave it a full service and look over, giving me some advisory areas to look at in the new year. Great service and great pricing too. Highly recommended

Had my MK7 Golf GTD engine rebuilt here recently, and I couldn’t be happier. Before, it was smoky and running really rough, but now it’s running perfectly and even feels more powerful! The price was fair, and they offer a good warranty, hope i wont need their services again but if I ever do, this will be the first place I call. Highly recommend!

The best service far and wide Andrew is a great person with an amazing attitude I can recommend :)

Andrew had my car for nearly 5 of the last 9 months, on 3 seperate occasions. My golf r was brought here to solve a low oil pressure warning, the car unfortunately came from Japan with.
The first rebuild lasted about 2 months before the engine started knocking. Andrew claimed there was dirt found in the sump to cause this..

The second time I got the car back, it was in a disgraceful state. Leaking oil, low coolant and sounding worse than ever. Returned to autobits the next day. The car left the shop in such a bad state, that it took over a month to fully rebuild it again. Clearly no care and attention to let something leave the garage in that state.

The 3rd and final time, where apparently no expense was spared, is again leaking oil with chunks of bearing in the oil filter. This photo is from the 4th oil filter within 1200km since the 3rd rebuild...

Technical ability aside, good luck getting him on the phone, or ever dealing with anything other than the lockbox at his gate. Communication is non existent.

4000km covered, 3 rebuilds, oil stains all over my drive and thousands out of pocket since Christmas, I now had no choice but to get rid of the car.

Autobits was choosen due to their raving reviews. I thought I was unlucky, but it's clear it's due to incompetence. I would stay very clear of Autobits for anything other than basic work. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
Andrew has his chance to put this right, and failled spectacularly every time.

Autobits

Autopoint are absolutely fantastic. Really helpful staff who are friendly, honest and hardworking. I'll definitely come to them again in the future and would really highly recommend them.
Thanks a million!

I bought a car from Andy over a month ago and I couldn’t be happier! He answered any questions I had and made the process so easy. All the lads that work there are so lovely, you can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do and are there to help! Thanks again Andy and team😊

Thank you for helping me repair the Mitsubishi Colt, it's perfect at the moment

Blacklion Autoworx is a standout mechanic shop that delivers exemplary service, expertise, and customer care. Their skilled technicians, commitment to quality, and transparent approach make them a top choice for automotive repairs. I am grateful for their outstanding work on my vehicle and will undoubtedly return to them for any future automotive needs. If you are searching for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic shop, I highly recommend giving Blacklion Autoworx a visit.

Called a week in advance. Booked in. Dropped at 9am to check oil on spark plugs and possible issue with brake piston. Had the car for 7 hours and "didn't get a chance" to look at it. Why bother taking bookings?

Had time to drive the car 40km to "collect a part for another car" though... Wow. Worst garage experience of my life.

The fact that you respond with such an awful attitude towards your terrible service adds to it all.

Recently had my Discovery 4 in with James and couldn’t recommend enough. All work done when he said it would be and back with me nice and clean.

Dear Charlene, James, John, and Keith,

I just wanted to send a note to say thank you very much for the excellent workmanship you’ve carried out on my Land Rover. I really appreciate your continued support, your willingness to take responsibility to make sure the job is done properly, and your consistently good attitude.

It’s always a pleasure dealing with you, and your dedication to doing things right makes all the difference.

Thanks again for everything.

Best regards,

Very impressed. I had to pick a garage in an emergency situation as I had broken down on the M11. I felt , as a woman I was vulnerable to being ripped off, to parts being replaced that didn’t need to be and to ending up with a huge bill. Nothing could be further from the truth. Well done guys. I’d highly recommend B and S motors.

Had my car in for a timing chain on the troublesome mk5 golf 1.4 tsi , a lot of companies didn’t even want to do the job but these expert mechanics took it in no problem, unfortunately the car needed more than just the chain when I dropped it in and had an underlying broken wire problem that I didn’t know of from the ecu to god knows where ( nightmare) , many companies would hand u back your car and say this wasn’t the job we signed up for but b and s stood up and informed me all the way and fixed my car 100% , couldn’t recommend this company high enough they spent many many hours trying to find my wiring problem and charged me very fairly ,highly recommended these guys

In my opinion this company is Absolute horrendous to deal with , we had an awful experience with them, lie after lie, wouldn’t recommend them

Recently bought a car from Ballyrichard Motors. Adam was amazing to deal with from start to finish. Adam is very professional and friendly. Adam made sure we were well looked after even with his aftercare service. Great value for money too. I would highly recommend Ballrichard Motors to anyone looking for a new car. 🚗

I can’t recommend Adam at Ballyrichard Motors enough. I asked him to source a Transporter van for me and within a week he had exactly what I was looking for.

He was great to deal with from start to finish — no hassle, no pressure, just straightforward and professional the whole way through. The process was smooth and stress-free, which made a big difference.

If you’re looking for someone reliable who actually delivers on what they promise, Adam is your man.

We recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Toyota C-HR Hybrid from Ballyrichard Motors, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience—especially thanks to Adam, who made the entire process seamless from start to finish.

From the very first interaction, Adam was knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right car. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us towards the Toyota C-HR Hybrid, explaining its features, fuel efficiency, and overall benefits without any pressure.

The car itself was presented in immaculate condition, exactly as described, and the sourcing process was handled efficiently and professionally. Adam kept us informed every step of the way, which gave us real confidence in the purchase.

What really stood out was the level of customer service—friendly, transparent, and trustworthy. It’s clear that Ballyrichard Motors takes pride in both their vehicles and their reputation.

We would highly recommend Ballyrichard Motors to anyone looking for a quality car, and I’d especially suggest asking for Adam if you want a smooth and stress-free buying experience.

Would 100% recommend Ballyrichard Motors to anyone in the market for a car. I saw a car I liked on done deal, gave Adam a call to arrange a test drive and a week later we had the deal done. No messing around, no waiting on replies to messages, just a nice straight forward process. I could not recommend any more.

Bought 3 cars from Ballyrichard Motors and all of them have been great. Adam was really helpful from start to finish, no hassle and straight advice. Would definitely recommend them if you want a solid car from someone you can trust.

I had a great experience with Best Car Deal. Paul was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. He clearly highlighted all the refurbishment work that had been carried out on the car, which gave me confidence in its quality and condition. He was honest, professional, and happy to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Best Car Deal to anyone looking for a reliable used car and excellent customer service.

I bought my first car from Best Car Deal and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Barry was brilliant throughout the whole process and he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood exactly what I was buying, which really put me at ease as a first time buyer. The car had been previously damaged, but this was fully explained to me upfront and reflected in the price. I ended up getting the car for €3,000 less than the market price, which I was very happy with. Overall, very honest service and a great experience. I’d definitely recommend Best Car Deal, especially if you’re buying your first car.

Bought a Hyundai Tucson 2025 from Best Car deal. Great chatting with Paul and Barry and customer service was a1. Very pleased.
Thanks

I bought a 2016 lexus is 300h from Barry from best car deal. I have a great passion for cars and have owed more than 40 through the years. I've never experienced such a straight forward, friendly and extremely honest attitude from any previous seller. I would highly advise everyone considering a change of vehicle to try this company. A range of beautiful cars to suit everyone and they have excellent taste in stock, every car turns your head. I've Never felt so happy after a purchase as I have with this car and will definitely be returning to him for me and my wife's future vehicles. It was a two and a half hour drive to view it from where I'm located and I'm so happy I did, the quality, value for money, and their attention to detail are second to none. The best independent trader out there by miles, and I would go here before any purchase, even a main dealers. Communication is exceptional and the transparency is incredible. I know this is a long review but they truly deserve every word. I'm smiling ever since I bought the car 😁 and despite the car having a valid NCT for several months, they even retested it for me so I can have stress free driving. They clearly care an extraordinary amount about customer satisfaction, pain free and simple. To Barry and team, thank you all very much 👍

I bought a Toyota Corolla Cross from BestCarDeals and I honestly couldn’t fault them. From the first chat to driving away, everything was straightforward and hassle-free. Very easy to deal with and no pressure at all. The car was exactly as described and in great condition. Delighted with the whole experience and would have no hesitation recommending BestCarDeals to anyone looking for a car.

Always a great, efficient and professional service from the team at Bright Ford Bray

My personal experience with Bright Bray and dealing with Cormac Gaffey was and is Top Class. From the first day of purchasing (2021) until today (2025) Cormac has been always super helpful and I can not recommend him highly enough. Top Class Top Man Cormac

A big Thank You to Cormac Gaffey for his patience in dealing with first time buyers of a hybrid vehicle. In our hunt for a new car, we had visited multiple car dealerships before we arrived at Bright Bray. Cormac’s approach was much more in tune with our way of doing business - guiding us through the options at our own pace, no pushing, no hustling, just pure professionalism all the way along. Importantly, we felt through the multiple visits that we made to Bright, that we were being assisted in buying a car, rather than being sold a car. A superb and accomplished representative, easy and charming to deal with.

Absolutely shocking service provided by these jokers.
We ordered a brand new Ford Kuga, arranged for delivery in January but between all the lies, we didn’t get it until July.
Have been back for several recalls and services.
The technicians are next to useless.
Couldn’t even put windscreen wipers on the correct way.
Car stinks from unwashed bodies on return.
I will never buy another car of these again.

I viewed and test drove a car priced at €14,500, agreed a trade-in of €800 for my own car, and negotiated a final total of €12,500 with Neil. We shook hands on this deal. I secured a loan, arranged insurance transfer for the date & time we had organised for collection and arrived with a bank draft only to be told the price was suddenly back up to €14,500.

Neil claimed he "didn’t remember" our agreement, despite multiple phone calls that week confirming details. He never contacted me to inform me of any price change, despite having all my contact details [mobile/ email/ address].

When I asked to speak to the owner, Des, he left me waiting for nearly an hour. When he did eventually speak with me, he backed Neil without question. I even witnessed Neil pull Des aside for a private conversation before that meeting.

I now have a loan and no car, paid to swap insurance twice, had to return to the bank to cancel a draft, and to top it all off when refunding my deposit, Neil accidentally charged me an extra €500, leaving me waiting again to get my own money back.

This experience was stressful, financially damaging, and completely avoidable. If this is how Bright Citroën Bray under Neil Meade [salesman] and Des Fitzpatrick [branch owner] conducts business, I would strongly advise others to take their custom elsewhere.

Shocking lack of professionalism, integrity, and accountability. A handshake & verbal agreement should mean something. Clearly, it doesn't here.

Reply to the response from the owner:
Your response is not only inaccurate, it’s insulting. The €12,500 deal, including my €800 trade-in, was clearly agreed & shook upon. I rearranged my finances, secured a loan, paid for insurance changes, and showed up with a bank draft, only to be met with denial & deflection.
Neil had ample opportunity to be honest. Instead, I was blindsided. This wasn’t a “misunderstanding”. It was a bait-and-switch, a deliberate U-turn, handled with zero integrity or respect for my time & money.
The lack of accountability and basic professionalism here is astounding.
