Custom Heavy-Duty Offset Smoker – Used Reluctantly selling my custom-built smoker. It has only been used a handful of times and works exceptionally well. As expected with use, the paint isn’t perfect, but it’s solid, reliable, and built to last. Photos included from when it was new and how it looks today. Features: -Straight-through smoker design -Firebox on the left, smokestack on the right -Built from 6mm steel with 3mm box steel framing -Extremely heavy-duty construction -Insulated firebox for excellent heat retention -Cooking area: 580mm x 880mm -Removable trays for easy cleaning or larger cuts of meat -Mounted on 4 heavy-duty caster wheels, each with locking brakes -Dual vents: one on the firebox and one on the smokestack -Steel mesh base for logs This smoker holds heat incredibly well and is very efficient on wood usage. It was custom made and wasn’t built cheaply. Unfortunately, I never expected to sell it, but the time has come.
