Did not visit the shop, just online order and phone call to confirm availability. Ordered an outboard engine which was delivered within 48 hours, tested before leaving the shop. Great service and very easy people to deal with.

Because I originally refused a 7.30am delivery time I did not get my delivery for 2 weeks later. I had bought a wood chipper and I wanted the working demonstration to be shown to 4 of our volunteers who would be using the machine. And 7.30 in the morning was not a suitable time to get the 4 of us together. We are a community voluntary group that look after our local grotto and community park.
