Once installed, it has been completely hassle‑free and just gets on with the job in the background. The results in the garden have been excellent — no missed patches, clean edges, and a perfectly maintained lawn without any effort on my part. Communication was fast, friendly, and professional – they responded to emails quickly, even outside of working hours. They also delivered the mower directly to my location, which was very convenient. I set up the robot myself, but I was pleasantly surprised when they called to check if everything was working well and if I needed any help. That level of customer care really stands out.
