Left my lawnmower in for service 2 weeks ago.  Haven't heard back from them yet
I have since learned that this was due to misunderstanding on my part. I have since collected my mower which is in good working order following the service. With thanks.

Very poor sales service over the phone. Called to enquire about a long grass mower which they advertise on their website. The guy said in a pretty rude way they can’t get their hand on anyone. Just when I tried to ask when they expect to get them in he simply hung up.
If he is annoyed people calling about an out of stock item he should simply update the website which is part of a sales job, too. I never bought anything there so far, now this will certainly not change in the future. What a way to conduct business!
