Can't say enough for these guys. Bought a new ride-on mower which unfortunately threw up an engine problem. They initiated a manufacturer suggested fix which was not successful and immediately offered a brand new machine at no cost to me. Most suppliers would have continued trying to repair the problem ad infinitum leading to a disgruntled customer. ISE Kilkenny are customer orientated like their sister company Lawnmower Parts Online in Thurles. Unusual these days but very welcome.
