Customer service was exceptional. Answered all our questions in a professional, knowledgeable and timely manner. Padraic made sure we were choosing the right mower for our needs. Delivery was so fast once we placed the order. Tommy delivered the mower. He contacted us to give us an eta on the delivery and touched based with us when he was near by. Tommy was friendly and helpful. He gave a very good demonstration of the mower. He answered all our queries and didn't leave until he knew we were upto speed on the operation of the machine event though it was late in the evening and he had a long journey home. Both Padraic and Tommy have excelled in the service they have provided to us. We will be recommending Coughlan Garden Centre to family and friends.
