I ordered a part at 2.00 pm on Wednesday, got an email at 2.07 saying that part had been dispatched. I received the part next day at 11.00 am and had fitted it by 12.00. This is a great service. Part was well packaged and worked perfectly. I will check out Atkins Farm Machinery again when I am looking for parts.

Easily the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Stood at the counter looking to purchase some equipment for close to 10 minutes whilst the employee in the green superdry jumper talked about GAA to a person at the till who wasn’t even buying anything. The employee had absolutely zero customer service awareness. I decided to put the stuff back & go to a nearby store who appreciated the business. Won’t be returning.
