The wood chipper comes delivered complete with P.T.O with a shear pin. The P.T.O. must have a speed of 540 rpm and tractor should have minimum 30hp. The feed hopper has an opening of 51 x 51 cm; at the bottom the opening measures 10.2 x 25.4 cm. A maximum diameter of 10 cm can be shredded or for Softer woods up to 15 cm can be shredded. The hopper can be folded upward for transport. There is 4 cutting blades. These cutting blades are double-sided. The chute has a height of 152 cm (plus the height of the lower link) and can be rotated 360 degrees. The ejection angle can also be changed. The BX-42S can expel the chippings up to 6 m.
