John Deere X350 Ride on Lawnmower

John Deere X350 Ride on Lawnmower for sale. Looking for €3500ono if bought before service. Booked in for service in 2 weeks time. I'll be looking for €4400 if selling serviced. (Service won't cost €900! Machine will just be worth more with all that done. * The machine is running/cutting perfectly. The below is mostly just routine maintenance. Please see below list of what this lawnmower needs in the service which is why I've lowered the price. Possible room to drop price a little bit if collected soon. (Can arrange delivery if needed within reason) 1. Oil & filter change. 2. Possible sharpen of blades. They are cutting fine, but while been serviced. 3. A black piece of plastic under the right edge of deck broke off, lawnmower guy said easy to source and fit. 4. May need a new belt as it's slipping if it comes into heavy grass. Only noticed very recently when I missed a weeks cutting and grass got strong in parts, but not noticeable on normal grass. Will replace belt if getting serviced. I'm just being 100% honest with the current status of the lawnmower. It's cutting perfectly but will need a service and the few bits above but you'll be getting a super machine that really doesn't need much doing to it. 316hrs on it. Last picture is of the grass being cut with it today 24 July 25. It's a super machine. New ones of these cost in the range of €7500/€8000. It has been very well minded, kept in a garage. I have had this since new. Very slight tear on the seat (see picture)
