Because I originally refused a 7.30am delivery time I did not get my delivery for 2 weeks later. I had bought a wood chipper and I wanted the working demonstration to be shown to 4 of our volunteers who would be using the machine. And 7.30 in the morning was not a suitable time to get the 4 of us together. We are a community voluntary group that look after our local grotto and community park.

Fantastic service kept well informed about my delivery.
And not forgetting the gentleman that delivered my petrol lawn scarifier can't remember his name but he told me he was traveling to Kerry that morning with delivery real gentleman.

Felt like I was onto a winner reading the reviews before purchasing my ride on lawnmower from here. Started off great got machine delivered earlier than originally planned. Belt snapped after 1st week told me they would send me up another one. This was a Thursday I needed the machine for Saturday so I went ahead and got a belt myself while I was waiting for the replacement from mower.ie and I am still waiting weeks for new belt from them. I have emailed several times with no reply. Rang several times to be told this would be sorted and still not.
After service is so so poor I'm shocked after reading previous reviews

Walked in to buy a lawn mower. The guy behind the desk never made eye contact and seemed so engrossed in his computer rather than engaging to sell us the lawn mower. I can honestly say I have never seen anything like it before. My husband and I just walked out and won't be buying a lawn mower there.
