Description
Beaucarnea (Nolina) recurvata €12.00 Despite its name, Ponytail Palm is not a true palm. It’s a drought-tolerant succulent with a swollen, bulb-like trunk (caudex) that stores water. Its long, arching, strap-like leaves cascade from the top, giving it a fountain or “ponytail” appearance. It’s one of the easiest and most forgiving indoor plants. INDOOR CARE: Light: Bright light to full sun Tolerates direct sunlight indoors Water: Allow soil to dry out completely between waterings Water sparingly (overwatering is the main risk) Reduce watering significantly in winter Very drought tolerant Humidity: Tolerates dry indoor air very well Temperature: Ideal: 18–30°C (65–86°F) Can tolerate brief drops to about 10°C (50°F) Soil: Fast-draining cactus or succulent mix Pot with drainage holes is essential
