This set is in perfect condition, it needs a power hose and possibly a sand or paint ( we never painted it). It is 6 years old. Everything is in working order. 3 swings included, it has a little climbing frame, ladder with handles, picnic area under the slide, look out tower and hide out area and the slide! Measurements, approx 17 feet full length. Max heights of tower 10 feet. Slide is 9 feet long approx. Bought for €1,500. Selling for €575 BUT MUST be dismantled and collected by new buyer.
