It comes with: - Original Ooni stone - Custom-made Biscotto Saputo stone, which makes it extremely difficult to burn the bottom of your pizzas - Custom-made steel extension, designed to make rotating the pizzas safer and to provide a cooler area where you can finish cooking them more gently The Biscotto Saputo stone and steel extension alone are worth around €100. A great setup for making proper Neapolitan-style pizza at high temperatures.
