Wild Poppy seed

The beautiful poppy needs no introduction. This is what makes a true wildflower meadow in most people’s minds so now you have the opportunity to add your own to any existing patch or just grow them on their own if you prefer. My choice would be sow them in every year in existing plots to add a splash of colour and make sure that you have poppies there with the other flowers. Seeds need a fine and fluffy seedbed. It does not need to be deep at all, .50 cm deep is perfect. Roll or lightly rake in afterwards. Scattering them on uncultivated soil is not recommended.Sold in 50g packets to cover 50 square metres.
