Cactus 🌵 for sale Hatiora salicornioides Britton & Rose Hatiora salicornioides, the bottle cactus, dancing-bones, drunkard's-dream, or spice cactus,is a species of flowering plant in the cactus family. Another unusual epiphytic cactus, closely related to Rhipsalis and other members of the Jungle Cactus tribe. This unique beauty is native to the jungles of Southeastern Brazil where it is found growing at altitudes between 0 and 1850m above sea level. This huge range in altitude makes it very adaptable to a wide range of climatic conditions. Hatiora salicorniodes has a very bushy habit due to its copiously branched stems. Each stem is uniquely jointed and tapered toward the base of the stem giving it a bone like appearance, hence the common name Dancing Bones Cactus. Like most epiphytic cacti they like a relatively humid position in bright indirect light. Likes normal room temperature. Very easy and minimum care.
