ALL OUR SHEDS AND SUMMER HOUSES COME STANDARD WITH A 19mm TONGUE & GROVE FLOOR AS OPPOSED TO THE MAJORITY OF OUR COMPETITIORS USING THE SAWN BOARD OPTION. Sawn floor boards from the UK are generally damp and so over time as they dry out they will most definitely leave gaps in the floor. The T&G floor will maintain its shape throughout and is the perfect solution to not getting the floor gaps. All of our sheds and summerhouses are manufactured using a slow grown Swedish redwood tongue and groove as oppose to most our online competitors who use a white wood. Redwood grows slower than white wood this means it is denser and better for joinery purposes. Redwood and whitewood season well, but white wood is more likely to distort. Specification of this Shed 20x16 pent roofed summer house in our tanalised 19mm T&G, giving standard protection for 15 to 20 years without you having to treat it yourself. The summer house is 20ft wide at the front where the doors are and 12ft deep The summerhouse has a 1980 x 1600 wide pvc double glazed door and x8 600 x 1500 opening pvc double glazed windows. Door and window positions can be moved to suit your preferences. The summer house has our upgraded 4x2 framework in the roof already included in the price to accommodate the 16ft span.
