 You will need a solid level base for this shed. It can’t be laid on grass alone. It's measured gutter to gutter (i.e. external dimensions) and it may differ in size +/-10%. Ply floor not included with flat-pack option (It is included with assembly) Surface scratches may occur due to the nature of how woodgrain effect is applied. Woodgrain sheds are considerably thinner than our classic range of steel sheds. We do not recommend Woodgrain sheds for anyone who would be using them heavy-handedly or for gardens or locations that are exposed to heavy winds. They are a budget range of sheds.
