In my own Leaving Certificate I achieved 8 H1s (all subjects at Higher Level, results pictured). I've been giving grinds for six years and have taught over 40 students in that time. Every student is different, so sessions are built around where you actually are and filling in gaps in the fundamentals, working through exam questions, and building the technique that turns understanding into marks on the day. I place a strong emphasis on past papers and marking schemes, because knowing the material and knowing how it's examined are two different skills.
