Fender Stratocaster American Vintage ii 1961 Only selling this absolutely gorgeous Stratocaster as we've a baby on the way and need to thin the herd. I would keep it otherwise as it's the first American/Vintage Strat I've ever owned. Really is just needs must type of sale. If you're a fan of vintage tone and feel (think SRV, Jimmy Hendrix, Rory Gallagher etc) this is the Strat for you. This guitar currently retails on Thomann for €2,399 for Olympic White model as of today 21st September 2026. I note that the alternative sunbust or red versions are €100 cheaper so I am choosing to list this guitar at €300 cheaper than sale price which I believe to be fair. It is only a bedroom Guitar and so in near mint condition. There is only one ding on top (pictured). Original case with original case candy all included. Minor scuffing on case corner. I will be loathe to budge on price as this is the only used American Vintage 61 for sale online in Ireland currently so I feel it is worth the price. Collection in Ennis only. You can come plug it in and see if you like it but please no tire kickers. If you like Vintage appointments on Strats this really is a fantastic guitar. If it doesn't sell quickly I may just keep it.
