Fylde Alexander Custom

A very special 2006 custom shop OM style guitar from legendary UK luthier Roger Bucknall. For those who don't know, have a quick Google. He has been making fantastic handmade instruments on small scale since the 70s. This one is in good condition. It has had a neck reset along the way so there is loads of saddle etc left on the current bone saddle. It features a cedar top over rosewood back and sides with his unique coloured binding and rosette. The neck is 1 3/4 inch and a 5 piece laminate as visible in the pictures. It is highly resonant and responsive, much like Celtic guitars but owing to its smaller size it packs all that into a punchier instrument. The custom shop dragonfly inlay is stunning. The other inlays are equally impressive but become almost invisible alongside this unique piece of art work on this already beautiful instrument. It has an active pickup fitted and comes in a non original hard case. I would consider trades. Martin, Lowden, McIlroy, Gibson, Avalon, Atkin.
