It comes with its original “The Baller Program” information page which informs you about the 20 minute course (time, reps, sets). The 10 exercise program is also on the side of the BackBaller. The information page also provides some information about the inventor (Noel Marshall) and the physical therapist (Gerard Hartmann) who collaborated in the development of BackBaller. The BackBaller works best if it is used regularly. It is very easy to use. The “Rollers” are removable and are compatible with other BackBaller products, you can also switch each Roller between two grooves depending on the exercise.
