Only selling as have had my time out of it now and moving on to something different but don't have the room to keep both! Ideal coming in to the dark and wet evenings when you might not want to get outside for a walk, you can still get your steps in with this while watching telly! Comes in perfect working condition. There are a few small marks along the framework as to be expected with use/storage over time. Obviously doesn't effect use at all, and price clearly reflects this. The little monitor that tracks steps, distance, calorie burn etc is missing from it, but I believe you can buy replacements online if you wanted to, although as so many people have smart watches that track all these things these days you probably won't miss it anyway! A lateral stepper will give you a much more effective workout than the regular vertical steppers, as the slight twist motion this gives as you push down targets your inner thighs, glutes and waist too and engages your core to really maximise your workout. The resistance knob at the front can be adjusted to your own person preference, weather you want an easy walk like walking on flat ground, or up the intensity to feel like your climbing a steep hill! The addition of the resistance bands helps work your arms, shoulders and back too, giving you a full body workout!
