For Sale: 3 sets of dumbbells with weight plates. The three sets allows you to alternate easily between sets/exercises. Also, Sertt Pulley System -works with one inch or two inch weight plates. Great for lat pulldown, tricep rope extension or rows. Ideal for small spaces. Weights are one inch and are as follows: 2 x 10 KG 2 x 7.5 KG 2 x 5 KG 4 x 4 KG 8 x 2.5 KG 4 x 2 KG 18 x 1.25 KG 5 x 1 KG Weight plates work with both dumbbells and pulley system. 6 KG Medicine Ball included.
