Strength/Fitness Deck - new, unused, still in original packaging. The Laoch deck is ideal for all types of training including strength/weight training and aerobic workouts. It is a fully customisable platform with configurations for incline, gradient and flat bench. It has a textured training surface to provide grip and higher cushioning comfort. The Deck supports a variety of positions including flat bench, step and seat. Maximum load capacity is 110kg (242lb). The deck itself weighs 14kg, which means it’s not only sturdy but won’t slip during workouts yet is also easy to transport and store.
