Bench used once, full incline and decline. squat rack comes with the bundle, never assembled. Olympic bar, adjustable dumbells, ez curl bar, reg barbell and a connector for dumbells too. All weights in photo included and more. Not sure on the exact kg weight but it's a fair bit. Only 15-20 kg plates were stored outside. Would swap for something worth 450 as my ad is discounted for a cash sale.
