Foam core with a heavy-duty covering, so no shin scrapes or bruised legs if you clip the edge — a lot safer than a timber or steel box, especially for kids or when you're jumping fatigued. Great for plyometrics, box jumps, step-ups, depth drops, Bulgarian split squats, dips, elevated push-ups and general conditioning work. Also handy as a bench or seat for accessory lifts.
