Long over-due fire safety works are the responsibility of DCC who abstain from offering us a timeline for the renovations. Our capacity to support our studio has been decimated as we now lack substantial income from clients, tenants, and events, and have not been offered an alternative location or a lease agreement to return to our beloved building post-renovation.
