They are all accessible and displayed on the touchscreen. The bike features both an incline and decline function to accompany your workouts, two 3kg weights and a built in fan to cool you down. You can subscribe to the on demand classes via the iFIT platform or select from the hundreds of classes on the iFIT platform. The class/programme chosen will automatically adjust the bikes resistance/incline/decline in line with the challenge of the session. Workouts are displayed on the touchscreen and volume can be adjusted manually on the screen. You can also stream from Netflix/amazon whilst doing your session. The bike is very heavy and sturdy. Having had multiple spin/exercise bikes in the past this one is truly beyond compare. We sadly have to part with it as we no longer have the space in the house with a 3rd child on the way.
