(Many Powertec & Marcy attachments can also be added.) This is one of only a few leverage machines where the angle for bench pressing is correct - 'flat bench' means 'flat bench press', plus numerous incline & shoulder press positions. Isolateral operation allows independent use of the press arms to promote better symmetry in you physique, but the pin can be inserted for 'unison press-arm movement' as required. Bench & all pads are fully adjustable. By far the most heavy-duty & rock solid gear on the market. There's one small mark on the back pad (please soo photos & the video) - reflected in the asking price. Fantastic machine if you have room for it - unfortunately I don't.
