Rarely used. Bought for rehab/ recovery following op, but ended up training with physio instead. Weight stack 100kg Durable steel design Rival Multi-Gym 5.0 has all the training features that are needed to train the whole body; with the high pulley with curved bar, and exercises such as lat pulldown and triceps pushdown. The low pulley with a straight bar can be used for the seated row, bicep curl or upright row exercises.
