Up to 160kg on total. Including 30mm long bar and a dumbell bar with a load capacity up to 40kg, plus clips and rings. If you know how to use these, you can train for anything. If you don't know how to use these, I can help with that as well. I coached amongst others, NATO's boss, Mark Rutte, to keep mentally and physically fit with these before I moved to Ireland.
