These elements work harmoniously to offer you energetic cleansing, emotional-mental alignment, re-energising, tools that build on each other every session, and a foundation with sound tools for titrated hygienic transformation. Beyond the energy healing itself, the session offers an opportunity to gain awareness of aspects of your life that may need more balance. This awareness, combined with the learning and experiencing each time more deeply: nervous system care and regulation, can lead not only to an enhancement of your general health, but also to definitive freedom that comes out of finally recognising cycles and patterns in your life and why they have held the place they do until now. Obviously, the voyage of a thousand steps begins with a single toe, and so your first session will be special, powerful, and consciously titrated. This means we are not seeking bells and whistles, but in fact are learning how to live more fully in the body and connect back into the real "here and now". This crucial formative step is introduced according to the individual or couple's actual capacity. Over continued time, the extent to which attunement is realised becomes so tangible, it bites the backside.
