Browne leather recliner/ tilt and rise chair

Part of a house clearance - Purchased from Harvey Norman a number of years ago for just under 1k, it has had very little use, everything working as it should and very comfortable. Easy to move on small casters. Multiple settings to allow for independent adjustment from leg supports, back reclining and lifting using the remote. Brown leather, there is one area that has faded as can be see in the picture but I’m sure someone could fix that if needed. Other than that it’s perfect. The back comes off to make for easier transport.
